so begin the examtime/winter blehhh's and i find that all i have to look forward to, the content of my every dream, from now until the new year is next years expected album releases. with so much to look forward to like new beirut, final fantasy, trail of dead, grizzly bear... i dont think there is anything that might intrigue or excite me more than animal collective's pending january release, merriweather post pavilion
well thats probably not completely true because after setting up all the links for these upcoming projects im pretty stoked for all of em.here's a track thats garnered alot of attention since ed droste, of grizzly bear, posted it on his blog after listening to it on a french radio stream. it was subsequently taken off by internet police and a there was a bit of a scene
its pretty reminiscent of panda bear's person pitch and in turn el guincho's alegranza, relying heavily on sampling and beach boy-esque melodiesandharmonies with a bit of a tropical freak folk conga vibe. enjoi
